摘要
目的:探讨体位护理在颌面外科恶性肿瘤术后一期行血管化皮瓣游离移植术后麻醉苏醒期内的作用。方法:选择2015年以前我院未开展体位护理的200例行口腔恶性肿瘤联合根治术加皮瓣游离移植术后患者为对照组,观察组为2015-2017年行口腔恶性肿瘤联合根治术加皮瓣游离移植术后行体位护理患者200例。结果:在麻醉苏醒期内,对照组11例发生动脉供血不足,9例静脉回流受阻,8例血管痉挛;观察组5例发生动脉供血不足,2例静脉回流受阻,3例血管痉挛。结论:正确的体位护理有助于提高手术成功率。
Objective:To investigate the effect of body position nursing on the recovery period of anesthesia in patients with maxillofacial malignant tumor after skin flap transplantation.Methods:A total of 400 patients from West China Hospital of Stomatology.200 patients before 2015 without body position nursing after skin flap transplantation were selected as control group,the other 200 patients between 2015 and 2017 with body position nursing were selected as observation group.Result:During the recovery period of anesthesia,there were 11 patients with arterial insufficiency,9 patients with venous obstruction,8 patients with angiospasm in control group;while only 5 patients with arterial insufficiency,2 patients with venous obstruction,3 patients with angiospasm were observed in observation group.Conclusion The correct body position nursing can improve the success rate of surgery.
