一种用于毫米波功放的新型宽带预失真线性化器

摘要
采用了模拟预失真技术设计了一款适用于毫米波频段的线性化器。在传统的单路并联二极管式预失真器的基础上进行了改进,使用三个肖特基势垒二极管和两段无源传输线进行级联,在外加偏置电压的情况下,产生预失真信号。仿真结果表明,通过调节两段无源传输线的长度以及二极管的偏置状态,在30GHz处,增益补偿和相位补偿分别达到17d B和105°以上;在中心频率附近约2GHz带宽内,增益扩张和相位扩张分别在10d B和100°以上。该预失真器结构简单,适用频带宽,功能实用。
A millimeter wave linearizer using analog pre-disdortion is proposed in this paper. It is improved on the basis of traditional predistorter and composed of two transmission lines and three Schottky diodes which generate the distorted signal while the DC bias-voltage is applied. The simulation results show that, by controlling the electrical length of the two transmission lines and the voltage bias of the three diodes, the linearizer can provide 17 d B gain expansion and 105° phase expansion at 30 GHz and can provide more than 10 d B gain expansion and 100° phase expansion in 2GHz bandwidth. This linearizer has simle structure,wide band and considerable practical.
