基于寄生带抑制的周期性平衡槽线结构的研究

摘要
提出了一种周期性平衡槽线结构,由于布拉格(Bragg)阻带效应,该周期单元结构对差模(DM)信号表现出寄生带抑制特性。另外,由于槽线的固有属性,它可以有效地抑制共模(CM)信号。为了验证以上理论分析,本文中设计、制作和测量了一个周期性平衡槽线结构。该平衡结构在f_m=1.81GHz处呈现良好的阻抗匹配,并且在3.44GHz(1.9f_m)到10GHz(5.53f_m)内具有大于26d B的回波损耗和25d B的阻带。在差模信号通带内测得共模抑制高于45d B。
This letter presents a balanced slot periodic structure. The proposed periodic unit exhibits spurious suppression to differential mode(DM) signals because of the Bragg stopband effect. And it effectively rejects the common mode(CM) signals as the result of the slot-line's inherent property. To verify the design concept, a balanced periodic slot structure is designed, fabricated and measured. The implemented balanced structure exhibits good impedance match at fm=1.81 GHz with the return loss over 26 d B and 25 d B rejection band extended from 3.44GHz(1.9fm) to 10GHz(5.53fm). The measured CM rejection over the DM passband is higher than 45 d B.
