河口村水库初期蓄水渗漏与变形安全评价

摘要
河口村水库大坝为混凝土面板堆石坝,自2014年9月25日正式开始下闸蓄水,大坝目前发现三段渗水处,渗水量占沁河多年平均径流量的0.93%。大坝整体最大沉降量占坝高(含基础)的0.74%,坝体及坝基变形趋于稳定。坝肩绕渗测压管水位和上游水位总体变化正常,随上游水位的变化而变化。坝基应力均处于受压状态,混凝土面板大部分呈受压状态,防渗墙钢筋拉、压应力均有,但应力值普遍较低,总体变化较小。根据对坝体、坝基、混凝土面板及防渗墙的变形、应力及渗漏情况分析,大坝目前工作状态正常,大坝是安全的。
Hekoucun Reservoir is a concrete face rockfill dam.Three water penetration points have been found since September 25,2014,the official start of the brake under water.The water seepage flow account for 0.93 percent of annual average runoff volume of Qin river.The maximum settlement value of the dam account for 0.74 percent of the dam height(include basic).The deformation of the dam body and the dam foundation have been stabilized.The change of the piezometric level and the upper level is normal along with the change of the upper level.Stress in the dam foundation and the concrete face is in a state of compression.There are tensile stress and pressure stress in the rebar of the diaphragm wall,but the stress value is low general and the change is less overall.According to the transformation and stress of the dam body,the dam foundation,the concrete face and the diaphragm wall,working condition of the dam is normal.The dam is safe.
