前列地尔联合依那普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的疗效

摘要
目的:研究分析前列地尔与依那普利联合应用于糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的治疗效果。方法:随机选取本院2013年5月至2015年9月间在本院就诊的糖尿病肾病患者58例,按照随机双盲法原则分成观察组和对照组,每组均有病例29例,对照组患者予以常规降压、降糖以及抗凝等治疗,并予以前列地尔治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上给予前列地尔+依那普利,对比两组经过治疗后的24h尿蛋白水平以及尿微量蛋白排泄情况,并比较不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组24h尿蛋白水平明显较对照组低,且24h尿微量蛋白排泄量显著低于对照组,上述差异经统计学分析具有显著性(P<0.05),并且观察组患者不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:前列地尔联合依那普利治疗应用于糖尿病肾病患者蛋白尿的改善效果显著,并且不良反应发生情况也较少,具有一定临床参考价值。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of alprostadil combined with enalapril in diabetic nephropathy. Methods: randomly selected from our hospital in 2013 September 5 months to 2015 in 58 cases of our hospital in patients with diabetic nephropathy, according to the principle of random and double blind method was divided into the observation group and the controlgroup. In each group were 29 cases of patients, the patients in control group received conventional antihypertensive, hypoglycemic and anti coagulation therapy, and alprostadil treatment, observationgroup, on the basis of the control group given alprostadil and enalapril, compared to two groups after treatment after 24 h urine protein level and urine microalbumin excretion and adverse reaction. Results: in the observation group, 24 h urine protein level was significantly lower than that of the control group and 24 h urinary albumin excretion was significantly lower than the control group, the difference by statistical analysis is significant(P < 0.05), and to observe the incidence of adverse reactions in patients compared with control group, the difference was not significant(P > 0.05). Conclusion: alprostadil combined with enalapril in treatment of application to improve the effect of proteinuria in patients with diabetic nephropathy significantly, and incidence of adverse reactionsless, with certain clinical value.
