摘要
文章对比MES系统上线前后,转产信息维护情况。重点阐述了MES环境下,BOM转产信息维护模块的构建及应用,以及系统对工艺技术、生产组织、现场装配、质量控制、库存管理方面带来的影响。文章还提出MES系统中BOM转产信息维护模块的进一步优化建议。
This paper makes the comparison of the maintenance of parts information before and after applying MES.It concentrates on the construction and application of BOM's information maintenance module in MES.Besides that,it also presents the influence that MES brings to technology,production,assembling,quality and inventory.This paper suggests the optimization of BOM's maintenance module in MES.
