摘要
本文介绍了二维码技术的特点和基本应用,从业务和功能角度对汽车轮毂行业MES系统进行了数据流程分析,提出了基于物联网二维码技术的MES系统的具体架构方案和功能模块,重点阐述了二维码技术在该系统的应用。通过二维码技术实现了产品质量追溯及跟踪。同时该系统与企业ERP系统有效的结合,实现了生产计划、质量管理的无缝集成,为企业管理层提供有效的决策。
This paper introduces the characters and the basic application,analyze the data flow of MES system from the standpoint of business and function,raises a detailed-proposal and-the function module based MES system of two-dimensional code technology and emphases on the application It can realize the quality traceability and tracking through the two-dimensional code technology.Meanwhile,the system combined with the enterprise ERP which realizes the integration of production planning and quality management and provides the effective decision for the enterprise.
