基于夜间灯光数据的省域生产总值预测——以华东六省一市为例

摘要
DMSP/OLS数据由于其获取容易、能够探测低强度灯光、不受光线阴影影响、方便为城市化强度及其时空分异分析提供条件等优点,被许多学者和机构用来进行对经济、人口以及生态环境分析。但是由于OLS传感器的局限性,导致在用电强度较高的城市中心,数据存在严重的饱和现象,严重影响了DMSP/OLS数据在经济领域的应用。本文基于EVI数据对饱和的DMSP/OLS数据进行去饱和纠正,然后利用纠正后的夜光数据与省域GRP进行线性回归分析,建立省域GRP的预测模型。本文利用华东六省一市2001年至2013年间的DMSP/OLS和EVI数据结合省域GRP数据的实验表明本文算法可以有效地纠正饱和的DMSP/OLS数据,提高省域GRP的预测精度。
