摘要
核电项目的建设和运维是一项长周期、高技术的工作,贯穿始终的除了设备设施、工程技术人员之外,还有数以万计的工程文件、图纸。如何做好这些技术文件的管理和控制,对在役电站来说是一项具有现实意义的工作。本文从核电文件管控对象、特点、目标、方法和价值这五个方面对核电文件管理和控制进行了总结和阐述,对有关工作具有参考意义。
It's long term and high technique work to construct and operate a nuclear power station.The complexity lies in not only the equipment and engineers,but also the large numbers of technique documents and drawings to go with the whole project.To manage and control these documents properly is a valuable job for the on-operation station.This paper summarizes and introduces a scientific method for technique document management and control for the nuclear power station in terms of five aspects,including object,characteristics,target,ways and means,and value.
