含氟MnO碳材料的合成以及在超级电容器中的应用

摘要
本文介绍了氟掺杂炭包覆MnO的合成方法,在这个体系中以Mn(Ac)_2作为锰源,Nafion作为碳源和氟源,在常温下通过调控pH的方法使得反应液中由于静电作用形成Nafion包覆MnO的结构,经过高温煅烧后形成氟掺杂碳包MnO的结构。XRD谱图的峰与PDF卡片对比基本可得出MnO的晶型结构。XPS谱图计算出锰元素的价态。在锂电池中比容量可达270mAh/g,经过200圈循环后仍保持接近100%的效率。在不对称电容器中,以活性炭作为正极时,比容量可达40mAh/g,在不同电流密度下具有良好的倍率性能。
A flourine doped carbon materials encapsulated MnO nano-particle was synthesized through a self-assembly method and characterized by SEM,TEM and XPS.Then this composited carbon materials were employed as negative electrode in a new lithium ion hybrid supercapacitor with a electrochemical double-layer porous carbon positive electrode.The electrochemical performances of this hybrid device was investigated and exhibited a relative high capacity up to 40 mAh g~(-1) and a good cycling stability.
