医用烤灯结合常规护理对手外伤血管吻合术后患者血管吻合成活率及血管内皮生长因子影响

摘要
目的:观察医用烤灯联合常规护理用于手外伤血管吻合术后患者的效果。方法:将61例手外伤血管吻合术后患者随机抽样分为观察组(31例)和对照组(30例),对照组采取常规护理,观察组常规护理联合医用烤灯照射。比较两组患者血管内皮生长因子及血管吻合成活率。结果:两组治疗效果比较,观察组血管内皮生长因子及血管吻合成活率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:医用烤灯联合常规护理可有效提高手外伤血管吻合术后患者血管吻合成活率,减轻患者疼痛。
Objective:to observe the effect of the medical roast lamp combined conventional nursing on the survival rate of vascular anastomosis and vascular endothelial growth factor for postoperative patients with hand trauma and vascular anastomosis.Methods:61 cases of hand trauma were divided into observation group(31 cases) and control group(30 cases) by random.The control groups were taken by routine nursing care,and observation groups were done by routine nursing joint medical roast lamp irradiation.The survival rate of vascular anastomosis and vascular endothelial growth factor were compared.Results:The vascular endothelial growth factor and vascular anastomosis survival rate in observation group are significantly higher than these of control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The combination of medical roast lamp with routine nursing can enhance the survival rate of vascular anastomosis for patients with hand trauma,and relieve patients pain.
