儿童期心理虐待对大学生特质抑郁的影响:反刍思维两维度的中介作用

摘要
儿童期心理虐待普遍发生,对儿童身体和心理发展产生了严重影响,与抑郁的关系尤为密切。崔丽霞(2011)等人认为,经历虐待事件后,个体可能会产生早期适应不良图式,促使个体形成易于对消极事件做出抑郁反应的稳定行为倾向,即特质抑郁。反刍思维是指个体将注意指向当前所关注的行为和思想,并且反复思考情绪本身、情绪产生的可能原因以及可能带来的后果,并不采取积极的问题解决策略的现象。目前多集中于反刍思维组成成分的研究。研究者重新修订了反刍反应量表(Response Style Questionnaire,RSQ),移除了与抑郁量表有重合的12个题项,使用主成分分析法将剩下的10个题目进项重新的分析,形成了反刍思维两维度模型,两维度分别命名为沉浸反刍和反思反刍。沉浸反刍是个体对当前环境与没有实现的目标之间的被动性比较,是适应不良的反刍;反思反刍是个体有目的地将注意指向问题解决,已期缓解个体的抑郁症状,是适应性反刍(Treynor,Gonzalez,&Nolen–Hoeksema,2003)。本研究探讨两维度反刍思维在大学生儿童期心理虐待和特质抑郁间的中介作用是通过沉浸反刍,而不是反思反刍实现的。采用儿童期心理虐待量表、反刍思维量表和特质抑郁问卷,测量603个大学生的情况,使用Mplus7.0建立结构方程模型。结果显示:(1)沉浸反刍和反思反刍与心理虐待、特质抑郁均呈极其显著正相关。(2)反刍思维两维度中介模型中,沉浸反刍的中介作用显著,而反思反刍的中介作用不显著。表明心理虐待通过反刍思维中适应不良的沉浸反刍起作用,导致个体形成特质抑郁。
Childhood psychological maltreatment is a common phenomenon. It has caused a serious impact on children' s physical and mental development and the relation between childhood psychological maltreatment and depression is particularly close. Scholars(2011) have found that childhood maltreatment made individuals form stable depressive behaviors to negative things by early maladaptive schemas(EMSs), namely trait depression. Rumination refers to repetitively and passively focusing on symptoms of distress and on the possible causes and consequences of these symptoms. It doesn't lead to active problem solving to change circumstances surrounding these symptoms. A recent development in the field of rumination is the study of subtypes or components of rumination. Some scholars modified the Response Style Questionnaire(RSQ), removing 12 items with manifest depression content. For the remaining 10 items a principal components analysis yielded a two-factor structure, labeled as brooding and reflection. The former is a passive comparison of one's current situation with some unachieved standard, and is the more maladaptive component of rumination; on the other hand, the latter is a purposeful paying attention to problem-solving to alleviate one's depressive symptoms, and appears to be a more adaptive form of rumination(Treynor, Gonzalez, & Nolen–Hoeksema, 2003). The aim of the research was to examine mediating role of rumination would be attributable to the brooding subtype of rumination, rather than to the more adaptive reflection component. Childhood psychological maltreatment questionnaire, State-Trait Depression Scale(STDEP), Ruminative Responses Scale(RRS) were administrated to college students and the data was analyzed by Mplus7.0. The results showed that:(1) The correlation to each other between childhood psychological maltreatment, trait depression, reflection and brooding is extremely significant.(2) The mediating effect of brooding subtype of rumination was significant, while the mediating effect of reflection subtype of rumination wasn't significant. It indicated that the mediating role of rumination would be attributable to the brooding subtype of rumination, rather than to the more adaptive reflection component.
