摘要

本文研究了在需求偏差发生时如何协调由一个制造商和一个电子商务零售商组成的供应链。该零售商在线上销售一种短生命周期的产品,消费者在线下接收所购买的产品。在稳定条件下,数量折扣契约可以实现供应链的协调。当突发事件导致价格敏感系数偏差发生时,供应链的协调被打破。本文分别就集中决策和分散决策下供应商的生产计划和零售价格策略进行研究,提出了一个改进的数量折扣契约用于协调需求偏差发生时的供应链。最后,用数值算例说明了模型的有效性。
A supply chain composed of one supplier and one e-retailer is studied in this paper. The e-retailer sells a kind of short-life cycle product to customers by using e-commerce website and customers receive the product offline. The e-supply chain is coordinated under the quantity discount contract in static case. Disruption makes the price sensitivity coefficient change after the production plan in the supply chain is formulated. In the centralized supply chain, the supplier only needs to adjust the retail price if the deviation satisfies a certain condition. The supplier needs to adjust both the retail price and the production quantities if the deviation is large enough. In the decentralized decision, the e-supply chain cannot be coordinated. This means that the original quantity discount contract cannot coordinate the disrupted e-supply chain. An improved quantity discount contract is put forward which aims to coordinate the disrupted supply chain. The research shows that the improved contract can coordinate the original e-supply chain and the disrupted e-supply chain, which means that the contract has robustness when facing the demand deviation. Finally, some numerical studies are given.
