激光前端聚合法制备金属离子敏感水凝胶及其性能研究

摘要
水凝胶是一类具有三维网络结构的功能高分子材料,以其含水量高、溶胀快、具有良好的生物相容性、对外界刺激具有良好的响应性等被广泛应用于很多领域,具有广阔的应用和发展前景。由于许多水凝胶吸附材料含有羧基、氨基、酰胺基、羟基、磺酸基、氨基酸、胺肟、咪唑、巯基、吡啶和三唑等官能团,可以充当良好的金属螯合剂。同时,水凝胶的良好的溶胀性能也有助于增强水凝胶对重金属离子的吸附。水凝胶材料作为重金属离子吸附剂具有广泛的应用前景。本文采用CO_2激光辐照引发前端聚合(LIFP)制备聚(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵-co-丙烯酸羟丙酯)(P(DMC-co-HPA))水凝胶材料。所制备的水凝胶能够对金属离子具有很好的响应性,通过条件调节可实现对金属离子的吸附/脱附,有效的实现了绿色环保循环利用。此工作为基于水凝胶类聚合物脱除重金属离子的研究提供了一种新的方法,在废水处理和环境保护方面具有很好的潜在应用。
Hydrogel is a kind of functional polymer materials with three dimensional network structure, high water content, fast swelling, good biocompatibility and favorable response to external stimuli. Such promising materials can widely applied in many fields and have tremendous potential in application. In this work, we adopt carbon dioxide Laser Initiates Frontal Polymerization(LIFP) prepared ploy methyl acrylyl ethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride-co-poly hydroxypropyl acrylate(P(DMC-co-HPA)) hydrogel. We have studied various factors of this Frontal polymerization, like monomer ratio, initiator concentration. More importantly, as-prepared hydrogel has good response to metal ions. It can effectively implement sorption and desorption of metal ions by changing the condition. It benefits the green and environmental protection and circular economy. This work is based on the research of metal ions sensitive hydrogel which provides a new method of wastewater treatment and show promising potential on environmental protection.
