黄芪-枯草芽孢杆菌泡腾颗粒的制备及在保育猪上的应用

摘要
本研究旨在将黄芪-枯草芽孢杆菌发酵原液浓缩后添加辅料制成泡腾颗粒并在保育猪上进行应用。以泡腾颗粒的崩解时间和活菌数量为指标,采用L~9(3~4)正交设计因素表筛选最佳原料配比;将240头断奶仔猪(杜×长×大)随机分为6组,每组40头,将制备的泡腾颗粒通过饮水给药应用于试验Ⅰ组(1:2000)、试验Ⅱ组(1:1500)、试验Ⅲ组(1:1000),对照Ⅰ组为空白对照,对照Ⅱ组添加1%黄芪、对照Ⅲ组添加0.05%枯草芽孢杆菌,试验30天。结果表明:1)泡腾颗粒最佳原料比例为碳酸氢钠和柠檬酸(质量比1.2/1)47g,葡萄糖43g,浓缩菌液12g;2)生产性能:试验Ⅱ组比对照Ⅰ组的平均日采食量提高18.73%(p<0.05),平均日增重提高29.22%(p<0.05),料肉比降低8.16%(p<0.05);3)血清学检验指标:泡腾颗粒试验组血清中总蛋白含量、IgG含量比各对照组差异显著(P<0.05),其中试验Ⅱ组总蛋白含量比对照Ⅰ组增加18.20%,IgG含量比对照Ⅰ组增加13.58%。试验确定泡腾颗粒最佳添加量为1500倍稀释饮水给药,该研究为微生态制剂的新剂型提供新思路。
This experiment was researched on preparation of Astragalus-Bacillus subtilis effervescent granules by fermentation liquid concentrating and application in nursery pigs on by adding accessories.Effervescent granules in the number of disintegrating time and live bacteria as an index,uses L~9(3~4) orthogonal table to screen the best ratio of raw materials;The 240 weaned piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) were randomly divided into 6groups,40 head in each group,effervescent granules prepared by water administration used in test group Ⅰ(1:2000),experimental group Ⅱ(1:1500),experimental group Ⅲ(1:1000),the control groupⅠ was the blank group,control group Ⅱ added 1%Astragalus,control group Ⅲ added 0.05%Bacillus subtilis test 30 days.The results show that:1)the orthogonal experiment that the optimum ratio of the reactants,sodium bicarbonate and citrate(mass ratio 1.2/1) 47 g,glucose 43 g,concentration of bacteria 12g;2)production performance:test group Ⅱ than that in the control group Ⅰ the average daily feed intake of increased by 18.73%(p<0.05),average daily gain increased by 29.22%(p<0.05),the ratio of feed and meat decreased8.16%(p<0.05);3) serological test index:,effervescent granules test in total protein content and serum IgG content than the control group significantly(P<0.05),the test group Ⅱ than the control group Ⅰ increased by 18.20%in total protein content,IgG content than the control Ⅰ group increased by 13.58%.The optimum adding amount was confirmed as the 1500 times dilution water to medicine,the study provides new approaches for the new form of micro ecological preparation.
