一种水凝胶敷料的制备及其对SD大鼠深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的愈合作用

摘要
目的制备一种水凝胶敷料并考察其对SD大鼠深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的愈合作用。方法:制备水凝胶敷料,并筛选其灭菌方法。采用新西兰兔考察其皮肤刺激性。采用热固体烫伤法制备SD大鼠深Ⅱ度烧伤模型,采用清得佳及长海医院院内制剂脱痂软膏为阳性对照,考察水凝胶敷料对其创面愈合作用。结果:制备的水凝胶敷料澄清、透明,黏度与阳性对照药物清得佳一致。辐射灭菌后,水凝胶敷料黏度急剧下降,高压蒸汽灭菌前后,黏度无显著性变化。水凝胶敷料对兔皮肤无显著刺激性。与清得佳及脱痂软膏相比,实验组愈合时间无显著性差异;与模型对照组相比,愈合时间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:以羟乙基纤维素为基质制备的水凝胶敷料,黏度适宜,澄清透明,易于观察创面愈合情况,无显著皮肤刺激性,可显著促进SD大鼠深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的愈合,具有广阔的应用前景。
OBJECTTVE Prepare a hydrogel dressing and investigate its effect on the healing of deep second degree burn wounds in SD rats.METHODS Prepare a hydrogel dressing and screen its sterilization method.The skin irritation of hydrogel dressing was investigated by New Zealand rabbits.A deep second degree burn model of SD rats was prepared by hot solid scald method.Tuojiaointment and IntrasiteGel were adopted as positive controls to investigate its effect on the wound healing.RESULTS The hydrogel dressing was clear and transparent,and the viscosity was well consistent with Intrasite Gel.After radiation sterilization,the viscosity of the hydrogel was sharply decreased.However,the viscosity was not significantly changed before and after high pressure steam sterilization.The hydrogel had no significant skin irritation.The healing time of the experimental group was not significantly better than that of the positive control,but has significant difference compared with the vehicle control group(P<0.01).CONCLUSIONSHydroxyethyl cellulose was used as the matrix of hydrogel dressing.The hydrogel dressing prepared has appropriate viscosity,clarification,and no obvious skin irritation.Besides,it hasremarkable healing effectof deep second degree burn wounds in SD rats.Above all,it has broad application prospects.
