基于ABAQUS的地铁车站施工过程沉降分析

摘要
为研究地铁隧道施工中的土体沉降规律,本文以大连地铁一号线车站为例,采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了开挖过程的计算模型,选择箱涵位置作为最不利断面对中洞法施工过程进行了弹塑性二维平面应变数值模拟。地表与洞顶沉降的监测值与计算值的对比表明,模型可以比较准确的反映中洞法施工过程中的土体沉降。并且进一步计算给出了施工过程中沉降的分布变化云图,同时根据地表沉降槽的变化指出了关键施工工序。为中洞法施工过程和采用有限元方法进行类似计算提供了有益的借鉴。
To study the settlement laws in subway tunnel construction,a finite element model of the excavation process was established using ABAQUS for station of the Dalian subway line one as an example.In this model,the location of box culvert was selected as the most unfavorable section for the elastic-plastic 2D plane strain numerical simulation of center drift method.Comparison of monitoring values and calculated values for surface and roof settlement showed that the model can reflect the settlement of soil during construction.Further more,cloud images of settlement distribution changes were plotted through all the construction processes,key steps of construction were found according to changes of settlement tanks at the surface as well.These provided a useful reference for construction with center drift method or a similar calculation using finite element method.
