汽车车内加速轰鸣音问题诊断与对策

摘要
本文针对开发中某车型加速轰鸣音问题,对轰鸣音的发生机理进行了阐述,并利用传递路径分析方法对问题进行了解析,最终确定了导致轰鸣音问题的主要路径,并通过悬置系统的优化,实现了后排轰鸣音5dB的改善,显著地提升了车内加速噪声的主观感受。
Considering the acceleration booming problem of a vehicle,the principle of interior acceleration booming is detailed described in this paper.In addition,based on the TPA method,the problem is analyzed and the key path is figured out.Therefore,5dB reduction of the rear booming noise is achieved by engine mount optimization,thus the subject evaluation is dramatically improved.
