香蕉茎叶与稻草混贮饲喂安格斯牛育肥效果研究

摘要
[目的]为研究香蕉茎叶青贮营养价值和饲喂安格斯牛的育肥效果。[方法]本试验开展了香蕉茎叶与稻草混贮的营养价值评定和饲喂18月龄、24月龄两个阶段安格斯牛舍饲育肥试验。[结果]表明:利用香蕉茎叶以"70%香蕉茎叶+29%干稻草+1%玉米面"比例混贮的青贮外观评定达到优良标准;常规营养成分测定指标说明混合青贮的营养价值高。利用该香蕉茎叶青贮饲喂两个月龄段的安格斯牛,经过60 d育肥期,两组牛的育肥效果明显,其中18月龄组的总增重和平均日增重分别比24月龄组高20.07 kg和0.33 kg,增重效果显著(P<0.05),18月龄组的纯收入比24月龄组高569.86元。[结论]香蕉茎叶青贮制作技术简单,青贮品质好,用于饲喂安格斯牛可显著提高增重和养殖效益。
【Objective】The aim of this study was to get insights into the effect of banana stalk-leaves and straw mixed silage on Angus cattle.【Method】The nutritional evaluation and beef finishing under different ages(Angus cattle of 18-and 24-month) through feeding banana stalk-leaves and straw mixed silage were done to compare the growth performances.【Result】The results showed that the ensiling appearances reached the excellent standards according to the mixing ratio of 70% banana stalk-leaves + 29% straw + 1% maize meal.And the index of nutritional ingredients revealed the banana stalk-leaves and straw mixed silage with high nutritious value.After 60-day finishing,the obvious feeding effects were gain for the two trial groups,which the total body weights and average daily gains of 18-month were significantly increased 20.07 kg and 0.33 kg than those of 24-month Angus cattle(P<0.05),and the net income of 18-month Angus cattle exceed RMB 569.86 Yuan than that of 24-month.【Conclusion】The process of banana stalk-leaves and straw mixed silage is relatively simple,of which the silage have high nutritious value.It will evidently promote to gain body gain and raising efforts for Angus cattle.
