摘要
为提升信息化战争条件下指控系统的敏捷性,本文提出了包含使命任务、信息技术、作战对手和部队自身四个方面的指控敏捷性动因模型。同时,本文给出了提高指控敏捷性的四点对策,为后续深入研究指控敏捷性提供了基础支撑。
In order to improve the agility of C2 system under the conditions of information war. The motivation model of C2 system agility has been presented that contains four aspects which are operational mission, information technology, combat opponents and own troops. Additionally, four countermeasures have been given to support the subsequent study on the agility of C2 system.
