综合护理干预对帕金森病病人生活质量的影响

摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预对帕金森病病人生活质量的影响。方法:选取我院收治的帕金森病患者56例,借助数字表随机将患者分为2组,观察组与对照组各28例,均给予两组积极的药物治疗,此外对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理,比较两组病人的生活质量情况。结果:依次从物质生活、心理、躯体、社交等4方面对生活质量进行评分,两组均较治疗前显著提高(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:给予帕金森病人综合护理干预,可有效改善患者的生活质量,减轻病痛折磨,护理效果显著。
Objective: To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods: 56 cases of Parkinson's disease inour hospital were selected. With the help of digital table were randomly divided into 2 groups, the observation group and the control group with 28 cases in each, were given to the two groups of activedrug treatment, in control group received routine nursing care, observation group implement comprehensive nursing, compared two groups of patients quality of life.Results: in turn from the materiallife, mental, physical, social and other aspects on the quality of life score, the two groups were compared with those before treatment significantly increased(P < 0.05) and after treatment, observationgroup improved more significantly(P < 0.05).Conclusion: the comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with Parkinson can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the pain andsuffering, and the effect is obvious.
