1.5MW高功率连续波PSM电源设计与研制

摘要
为了测试新型高功率速调管,开展了高功率连续波PSM高压电源的研制工作。介绍了电源系统的主要指标和工作原理,对电源核心部件多绕组变压器进行了建模仿真并对其分布电容储能情况进行了分析,讨论了PSM模块的设计方法和电源控制系统及其控制策略等关键技术问题。描述了速调管快速保护电路的设计和功能,结合熔丝短路试验对保护效果进行了评估。在额定负载条件下,测试了电源输出特性并给出了有关波形。试验证明该电源设计合理可靠、运行稳定,可以用于速调管测试。
