In order to illustrate fish community in the offshore wind farm of the East China Sea Bridge during different seasons, the methods of Index of Relative Importance, Cluster analysis and multivariate statistics etc. were applied in this study to analyze species composition, dominant species and fish community in this waters. The results indicated that a total of 18 species belonging to 6 orders, 9 families and 15 genera were found. Peciformes(50%) had the highest percentage, and Gobiidae had the highest percentage in Peciformes, with the percentage of 44.4%.The dominant species in spring were Cynoglossus joyneri, Collichthys lucidus, Chaeturichthys stigmatias and Trypauchen vagina, and the dominant species in autumn were Collichthys lucidus,Harpadon nehereus and Coilia mystus. Collichthys lucidus was the similarity species between these two seasons. Cluster and Non-metric Multidimensional Scaling indicated that fishes community in the offshore wind farm of the East China Sea Bridge could be clustered into two groups which were spring and autumn assemblages. The relationship between fish community pattern and water temperature and salinity were dominant through BIOENV program, and the correlation coefficient was 0.791. There was typical difference in community structure in different seasons, and the main reason lies in different ecological habits of typical species in spring and autumn.
