激光划线(刻痕)技术在工业上的应用

摘要
本文介绍了对取向硅钢的磁畴进行细化以提高磁性能的激光划线技术。此技术以工业化应用为背景,选用高功率连续波激光器。为满足工业化应用需求,尤其是很高的钢带运行速度,开发了一种基于扫描振镜技术的激光束传导系统。
In this article we report about the improvement of the magnetic properties of grain oriented electrical steel by using laser scribing as one possible method to refine the magnetic domains.The method is discussed against the background of using high power continuous wave laser beam sources and the possibility to transfer it into the industrial environment.Therefore,a laser beam deflection system based on so-called galvanometer scanner was developed for continuous moving material that fulfills the demands of the industrial application,especially the high coil speed.
