野生樱桃李叶抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性研究

摘要
对不同月份野生樱桃李叶不同提取物α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性进行研究,发现野生樱桃李叶各提取物均有不同程度的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性。7月份不同提取物及萃取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性顺序为:乙酸乙酯部位>正丁醇部位>醇提物>环己烷部位,10月份不同提取物及萃取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性顺序为:乙酸乙酯部位>环己烷部位>正丁醇部位>醇提物。其中7月叶乙酸乙酯部位(IC_(50)=114.44μg/mL)和10月叶乙酸乙酯部位(IC_(50)=203.36μg/mL),远活性高于阳性对照阿卡波糖(IC_(50)=1047.32μg/mL)。说明野生樱桃李叶乙酸乙酯部位具有开发治疗糖尿病降血糖药物的价值。
α-Glucosidase inhibitory activity of Prunus divaricata Ldb Leaves collected in different months was evaluated in vitro.The anti-a-glucosidase activity was ethyl acetate fraction > n-butanol fraction > ethanol extract >cyclohexane fraction and ethyl acetate fraction > cyclohexane fraction > n-butanol fraction > ethanol extract from the leaves collected in July and October,respectively,among which ethyl acetate fraction(IC_(50)= 114.44 μg/mL) of leaves collected in July and ethyl acetate fraction(IC_(50)= 203.36 μg/mL) of leaves collected in October showed strong activity,it was far higher than that of the positive control acarbose(IC_(50) = 1047.32 μg/mL).The ethyl acetate fraction could be exploited as diabetes drugs in future.
