车用48V系统低温锂离子电池技术研究

摘要
使用低温电解液制备了48V系统用低温型锂离子电池,该电池在-20℃和-30℃温度下的容量保持率分别是84.5%和77.1%,展现出了非常优异的低温电化学特性。HPPC测试结果表明,低温型48V锂电池相对于常规型48V锂电池无论是在室温还是低温下都具有非常低的内阻,而且还具有较高的脉冲功率。
The low-temperature Li-ion battery with special electrolyte was prepared for 48 V system.The results show that the battery has a very good low-temperature electrochemical characteristic.The capacity retention of the battery at-20℃ and-30℃ is 84.5%and 77.1%,respectively.HPPC results indicated that this battery has a lower resistance and a higher pulse power compared with conventional lithium- ion battery no matter at room temperature or low temperature.
