采用氧化性水工况控制超临界、超超临界直流炉腐蚀的铁-水体系电位-pH图

摘要
目前超临界、超超临界直流炉大都采用氧化性水工况来控制腐蚀,要求给水中铁的含量<10μg/L;以往的电位-pH图都是以10~(-6)mol/L(对铁而言是56μg/L)作为金属发生腐蚀与否的界限而绘制的。显然,以往所作的铁-水体系的电位-pH图与超临界、超超临界直流炉采用氧化性水工况控制钢铁腐蚀的要求不一致,因而改以即10μg/L作为钢铁发生腐蚀与否的界限来绘制铁-水体系的简化电位-pH平衡图。
The super-critical once through boiler adopts oxidative water condition for the corrosion control presently,and it is required that the ferrum ion content in the supplied water should be lower than 10 μg/L.In the past time,the potential-pH chart of ferrum- water system was drawn in which ferrum ion content was chosen as 10~(-6) mol/L(namely 56μg/L)in the balance calculation.To unify the corrosion controlling of the oxidative water condition,the potential-pH chart of ferrum-water system is drawn in which ferrum ion content is chosen as 10~(-6.75) mol/L(namely 10 μg/L)in the balance calculation.
