基于中国50百分位人体特征的头部优化建模及验证

摘要
基于中国50百分位人体头部解剖学特征和CT数据,参考同类型模型,建立了中国50百分位成年男性人体头部有限元模型。在此基础上,针对解剖学结构、材料属性、单元质量等方面进行优化建模,以提高该模型的生物仿真度。采用Nahum颅内压力实验和Yoganandan颅骨碰撞实验的实验数据对该模型进行有效性验证,同时还研究了加载方式对仿真结果的影响。结果表明修改后的模型更适合用于进一步的脑损伤研究。
the head model development of Chinese 50~(th) percentile male human was completed referring to the literatures about the similar models,and the refining of anatomical structures,material properties and mesh quality was processed afterwards,in order to improve the bio- fidelity of the model.The verifications were constructed based on Nahum et al and Yoganandan et al experiments.The effect of loading conditions on simulation outcomes was also discussed.It demonstrated that the delicate head model was suitable for the detailed injury analysis.
