动脉溶栓与动静脉联合溶栓治疗急性期缺血性脑卒中的比较

摘要
目的:对比在性期缺血性脑卒中采取动静脉联合溶栓治疗与动脉溶栓治疗的临床效果。方法:采取随机数字表法将我院自2015年11月至2016年11月期间收治的72例急性期缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为参照组(n=36)与实验组(n=36),将实行动脉溶栓治疗患者作为参照组,将实行动静脉联合溶栓治疗患者作为实验组,分析对比两组急性期缺血性脑卒中患者经不同治疗后各项指标变化情况。结果:实验组急性期缺血性脑卒中患者闭塞血管再通率97.22%、症状性颅内出血发生率2.78%、神经功能缺损评分(8.79±1.21)分等指标均显著优于参照组患者闭塞血管再通率80.55%(症状性颅内出血发生率22.22%、神经功能缺损评分(14.56±0.65)分,P<0.05且差异显著,统计学存在对比意义。结论:将动静脉联合溶栓治疗应用在性期缺血性脑卒中疗效显著,对于改善患者临床症状具有显著作用。
Objective:to compare the clinical effect of arterial thrombolysis and arterial thrombolysis in the treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods:random number table method from November 2015 to November 2016 admitted during the period of 2016 patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into control group(n= 36) and experimental group(n= 36),will be artery thrombolysis treatment patients as control group,will be with arteriovenous thrombolysis treatment were as experimental group,comparing two groups of patients with acute ischemic stroke after treatment with different changes in the indicators.Results;the acute phase of ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients,certain blood vessels occlusion rate of 97.22%2.78%,the incidence of symptomatic intracranial bleeding,nerve function defect score(8.79 + 1.21) classification indexes were significantly better than control group patients,certain blood vessels occlusion rate of 80.55%(22.22%incidence of symptomatic intracranial bleeding,nerve function defect score(14.56-0.65),P < 0.05,significant difference statistically existence significance.Conclusions:applying joint arteriovenous thrombolysis treatment in the sexual stage of ischemic stroke curative effect significantly,to improve the clinical symptoms in patients with significant role.
