一种非接触检测燃料棒下环焊缝直径设备设计

摘要
为了减少燃料棒下环焊缝直径自检过程中的划伤、划痕等情况,需要研制一套能自动检测、判定的设备。对原有检测外径的方法进行分析,采用较为先进的激光检测技术及相配套的机械部件设计,编制自动化检测控制程序以及设计检测校验设备用的标准棒,探索出了非接触检测燃料棒下环焊缝直径设备的设计方法。将激光技术应用到燃料棒下环焊缝直径检测,能得到较高精度检测值。
In order to reduce the surface defects on the fuel rod in the process of self-inspection of the diameter of the girth welding,such as scratches,nicks,etc,it is necessary to design a set of equipment which can automatically inspect and determine the weld diameter of the fuel rod.After analyzing the original method of inspecting external diameter,it takes more advanced laser inspection technology and related supporting the design of mechanical components.It prepare the automatic inspecting and control procedures,as well as the design of inspecting and calibration of the standard bar.Through the above research,the design method of non-contact measurement of the girth weld diameter of the fuel rod was explored.As the laser inspection technology applied to the diameter measurement of the bottom end plug of fuel rod,and the inspection accuracy can be obtained.
