案例教学法在正畸研究生教育中的应用研究

摘要
目的:分析研究案例教学法在正畸研究生科研能力培养中的作用。方法:随机选取第四军医大学正畸专业硕士研究生16人,分为为对照组和试验组(每组各8人)。针对研究生科研能力的培养,试验组采用教案教学法进行教学,对照组采用传统教学法教学。比较分析两组研究生学位论文综合评议得分。结果:试验组研究生各项评议指标得分及总分均显著高于对照组研究生(P<0.05),说明与传统教学法相比,案例教学法全面地提高了研究生各方面的科研能力。结论:案例教学法是一种适合在临床研究生科研能力培养中应用的教学方法,值得进一步推广和研究。
Objective:To analyze the education effects of Case-based Teaching on the orthodontic postgraduate students' scientific research competence.Methods:16 orthodontic postgraduate students were chosen randomly and divided into control and experimental groups(8 students in each group).In the education of scientific research,the Case- based Teaching and traditional teaching were applied in experimental and control groups,respectively.The scores of synthetical evaluation of dissertation were compared between the two groups.Results:Partial scores and total scores of the students in experimental group were all significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).It was suggested that the Case- based Teaching could improve the scientific research competence of graduate student more than traditional teaching.Conclusion:The case- based teaching is suitable to be applied in the scientific research education of clinical postgraduate students.This teaching method should be further studied and widely applied.
