基于线粒体COI标记的4种鲤亚科鱼类的亲缘地理分析

摘要
为探讨鲤亚科鱼类目前存在的亲缘地理关系问题,本实验以华南鲤、尖鳍鲤、三角鲤和须鲫四种鲤为研究对象,线粒体COⅠ为分子标记,在每个基因片段独立分析的基础上分析遗传多样性,亲缘关系和进化地位。研究表明,三个华南鲤种群之间有较近的遗传关系,遗传差距最大为0.002。须鲫、尖鳍鲤和三角鲤三者的遗传多样性都处于很低的水平,这和这3个物种本身的分布范围较小、生存能力较低有关系。尖鳍鲤和华南鲤的遗传距离均低于0.01,遗传差距均在小于0.003,表明两者之间关系密切。三角鲤的遗传差距与其他五个种群差异也较大,Fst均超过0.6370,而基因交流指数Nm最高仅为0.0570;须鲫与其他五个群体遗传距离均超过了0.1,其他五个种群的Fst指数均超过了0.98,Nm值均在0.01以内,亲缘关系较远。
To reveal the current phylogeography relation problems(that) exist in Cyprininae at present, 4 kinds of common carps were taken as research object using molecular marker of COI.Research showed that there was a close genetic relationship among Cyprinus carpio rubrofuscus Lacepede populations with maximum genetic difference reaching 0.002. The genetic diversities of Carassioides cantonensis Heincke, Cyprinus acutidorsalis Wang and Cyprinus multitaeniata Pellegrin et Chevey were in low levels, which were related with their small distributions and low ability to survive. The genetic distance between Cyprinus acutidorsalis Wang and Cyprinus carpio rubrofuscus Lacepede was lower than 0.01 and its genetic difference was less than 0.003. There was a big genetic difference between Cyprinus multitaeniata Pellegrin et Chevey and the other five species with genetic difference all above 0.06, Fst value exceeding 0.6370, the highest gene exchange index Nm value 0.0570. The study also showed that there was a big genetic difference between Cyprinus multitaeniata Pellegrin et Chevey and the other five species with genetic difference all above 0.1, Fst value exceeding 0.98, Nm value within 0.1, causing the difficulty of gene exchange between two populations.
