结晶器与铸坯间保护渣渣膜结构对润滑的影响

摘要
铸坯与结晶器间的保护渣渣膜状态对润滑的影响显著,研究保护渣的润滑作用对提高拉速,生产高品质钢具有重要意义。本研究建立了在铸坯与结晶器间存在的渣膜状态所产生的摩擦力模型,将传热模型离散化,联立计算摩擦力的数学模型,编程计算了在结晶器长度方向上渣膜的摩擦力分布。研究发现,在现行保护渣液渣膜长度为50cm左右,而设定的结晶器长度为70cm,在50cm-70cm之间为固态渣膜,不能实现全程液态渣膜润滑。固态渣膜润滑作用远远小于液渣膜的润滑作用,固态渣膜产生的摩擦力很大,对铸坯的润滑起决定性作用。工业生产中很难实现全程液渣膜润滑,但可以调节模型物性参数,改善润滑,优化连铸工艺。
The mold fluxes slag film existed in the billet and the mold have an influence on the statement of lubrication,as a result,studying on the lubrication of mold fluxes is important to improve the casting speed,and also produce high quality steel.This study established a mathematical model of friction generated by the slag film,and then,discrete the heat transfer model,which combine the mathematical model of friction,we can get the friction distribution of slag film on the mold length direction,at last,conclusions are as follows:(1) The length of the slag film calculated from the model is about 50 cm,however,the length of the mold we set is 70 cm,so the rest of the slag film is solid,which lead to the failure of full lubrication;(2) the friction of liquid slag film is much smaller than the friction of the solid slag film,so the solid slag film play a decisive role in the process of lubrication;(3) Although it is difficult to achieve the goal of full lubrication in the process of Industrial production,adjusting the physical parameters of this model entails us to achieve the goal of improving the process of lubrication,and so,optimizing the casting.
