催化湿式过硫酸盐氧化脱硫废渣制备聚合硫酸铁絮凝剂

摘要
脱硫废渣是铁系脱硫剂脱除烟气、石油中的硫化氢气体而产生的废弃物。其主要成分是Fe S、Fe2(SO4)3、Fe SO4、碳化物等。本研究利用热辅助脱硫废渣中Fe~(2+)活化过硫酸钠(Na2S4O8)获得硫酸根自由基(SO4–·),SO4–·氧化脱硫废渣中的硫化物和低价态铁制得Fe2(SO4)3母液,Fe2(SO4)3母液进一步水解聚合获得聚合硫酸铁絮凝剂,并将其应用于污水处理达到以废治废,实现资源化利用的目的。研究发现,脱硫废渣能显著提高Na2S4O8的活化效率,在反应温度为60 0C时,脱硫废渣的投加使Na2S4O8活化率提高5.5倍;脱硫废渣活化Na2S4O8单因素分析实验表明,在最佳氧化条件下铁的浸出率达90%以上,反应过程无硫化氢气体释放,达到无害化标准;所得硫酸铁母液经酸碱度、反应温度及反应时间等因素调节后水解聚合得到红棕色聚合硫酸铁。将其投加至高岭土配制的浊度废水,投加量为20 m L/L时,絮凝去浊率达92%。
Desulfurization slag is iron-based desulfurization agent composed mainly of Fe S,Fe2(SO4)3,Fe SO4,and carbide.In this study,heating activation of persulfate using Fe~(2+) in desulfurization slag generated sulfate radical.Then,sulfides and low-valence Fe was oxidized by sulfate radical forming ferric sulfate.Finally,the polymeric ferric sulfate was synthesized via the hydrolysis and polymerization of ferric sulfate mother-liquor.Results showed that the activation efficiency of sodium persulfate can be significantly improved by the desulfurization slag,and the activation rate of persulfate increased by 5.5 times at 60 0C.The leaching rate of iron is more than 90% and no hydrogen sulfide gas release in the best oxidation conditions.Through adjusting the hydrolysis and polymerization parameters such as pH,temperature and reaction time,the red brown final product was obtained.The turbidity removal rate of 92% was achieved by flocculation adding only 20 m L/L dosage of the as-prepared polymeric ferric sulfate.
