过氧化氢在造纸法薄片中的应用初探

摘要
为提升造纸法薄片纸基的感官品质,在碱性条件下用质量分数为3%的过氧化氢溶液处理造纸法薄片浆料,通过正交试验设计,实验室抄片评吸,结果表明:用浆料绝干2%添加量的过氧化氢溶液,处理浆料45min,可以有效提升片基的感官品质;在此条件下片基中木质素含量降低了0.5%,下降比例达9.4%,片基的10分钟吸水高度增大0.4cm,抗张强度降低了16.3KN/m~2,其他物理指标没有明显差异。
In order to improve the sensory quality of paper-base of paper-making reconstituted tobacco, the pulp of paper-base were treated by 3% hydrogen peroxide solution under alkaline condition using orthogonal experimental design and sensory evaluation. The sensory quality of paper-base could be improved obviously under the treating conditions that 2% hydrogen peroxide solution were added to the pulp(dry basis) and treating time was 45 min. The content of lignin in the paper-base decreased 0.5%, decreased by 9.4% and tensile strength of paper-base decreased 16.3 KN/m2. The height of paper-base increased 0.4 cm after absorbing water 10 min. There was no significant difference in other physical indicators.
