塑料玩具中有毒化学物质迁移规律研究方法

摘要
当前,玩具已成为儿童生活的必需品。然而当儿童把玩或吮吸玩具时,玩具中残留的有毒化学物质可能会迁移到其体内,对其造成伤害。在无法预先知道化学物质迁移规律的情况下,很难估测玩具中这些物质带来的迁移风险。本文以ABS玩具中的苯乙烯为例,建立了玩具中化学物质经玩具向人体唾液和汗液迁移规律的一般性研究方法。首先基于气相色谱-质谱联用技术开发玩具中目标物残留量和迁移量的测定方法,然后通过模拟实际使用环境,应用自建的迁移装置获得迁移实验数据,建立迁移模型。迁移模型的预测值与实际样品的实验值拟合较好,证明了其有效性。基于此方法,能够合理预测玩具中化学物质迁移风险,为我国制定相关限量标准和监管措施提供技术支撑,最终保障玩具产品安全。
Residual toxic substances found in toys may migrate into the body when toys are handled or sucked by children.However,the migration risk caused by toxic toys is difficult to estimate if the migration regularity of these substances is unknown.In this study,a method was established to investigate the migration regularity of toxic substances,specifically styrene,from ABS toys to saliva and sweat.Using this approach,we can reasonably predict the migration risk of chemical substances in toys,and provide technical support for the formulation of relevant limited standards and regulatory measures to promote toys safety.
