“砂磨-超声”耦合协同剥离天然辉钼矿制备寡层二硫化钼纳米片

摘要
二硫化钼作为典型的过渡金属二维层状材料及其在催化等方面的优异性能受到越来越广泛的关注,目前限制其应用的主要瓶颈在于寻找一种合适的方法高效可控宏量的制备出寡层二硫化钼纳米片。本文采用超声和砂磨耦合的方法剥离天然辉钼矿制备寡层二硫化钼纳米片,选取N-甲基吡络烷酮(NMP)和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)分别作为溶剂和表面活性剂,在多力场耦合剥离系统中剥离。对剥离所得样品采用XRD、UV-vis光谱、Raman光谱、SEM、TEM、AFM、N_2吸附-脱附法进行表征,并研究了剥离实验参数对剥离产率和效率的影响。在最佳的剥离参数下,二硫化钼纳米片的剥离效率为15.6%。且结果分析显示耦合剥离效率优于单独超声和砂磨。剥离所得的寡层二硫化钼纳米片显示了较好的电催化性能和对抗坏血酸的电化学传感性能。证明耦合剥离系统是一种经济高效的制备寡层二硫化钼纳米片有效的途径。
Two-dimensional(2D) molybdenum disulfide(MoS_2) has attracted much attention in various applications, i.e., catalyst and energy storage. Searching for a good method to high-yield production of mono-or few-layer MoS_2 is necessary. This paper reports an efficient method through the grinding-assisted ultrasonication process in the solvent of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone(NMP) with polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) molecules. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, UV-vis spectra, Raman spectra, SEM, TEM, AFM and N2adsorption-desorption. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the productivity reaches 15.6%, the influencing rules of the coupled exfoliation process in exfoliating natural molybdenite powders are elaborated. The as-obtained few-layered MoS_2 nanoplates show highly enhanced electrocatalytical and electrochemical-sensing property. The results showed we have obtained the ideal few-layered MoS_2 nanoplates.
