轻型货车纵梁校平工艺的应用研究

摘要
在轻型货车车架生产中,变截面纵梁车架有利于发动机和驾驶室的安装,降低整车重心,提高经济性和舒适性。但纵梁成形后产生纵向弓弯、横向扭曲,只能通过设备调整和模具补偿回弹减小,装配后的车架出现架宽超差、装配干涉诸多难题。研究设计托盘式校平机,结合产品结构,量产校平,三步式校平工艺改善纵梁弓弯扭曲,提高车架横梁装配性和架宽合格率;适用多品种纵梁,相比车架总成校正架宽的方式效果明显,简单成本低;为新车变截面纵梁设计,提供降低弓弯扭曲依据,为变截面纵梁成型及车架总成装配提供技术验证。
In the light truck frame production,longitudinal section of the frame for the installation of the engine and cab,reduce the vehicle' s center of gravity,improve the economy and comfortable sex.But after longitudinal beam forming produce longitudinal bow,lateral distortion,only through the equipment adjustment and mould springback compensation reduced,assembly frame appear frame ultra wide differential,assembly interference problems.Research and design of tray type leveling machine,combined with product structure,production leveling,three-step leveling process improve longitudinal bow distortion,improve beam of frame assembly and frame wide pass rate;application of variety of the longitudinal beam,compared to the frame assembly correction frame wide effect is obvious,is simple,the cost is low;for the new variable longitudinal section design,provide reduced bow according to distortion,provide verification techniques for longitudinal beam of variable cross- section forming and frame assembly.
