提前支付条件下考虑缺货的生鲜产品的定价和库存决策问题

摘要
由于生鲜产品的易腐性和生产过程的周期性,供应商会要求零售商提前支付部分货款,基于此本文研究允许缺货并且缺货量部分拖后情况下零售商的定价和库存决策。基于经典的EOQ模型,假设需求在保质期内受时间和价格的影响,而在变质期内同时受时间、价格和变质率的影响,允许缺货且缺货量拖后率依赖于到下一次补货顾客的等待时间。以零售商的利润最大化为目标确定最优的销售价格和最优的库存决策。最后数值算例对模型的主要参数进行灵敏度分析,给出提前支付的比例及期限、提前支付的n阶段、变质率、资金成本、采购成本、持有成本及缺货成本对最优销售价格和最优库存控制策略的影响。
Due to the periodicity of fresh product perishability and production process,suppliers requires retailers to make partial payments in advance.Based on this,the retailer's pricing and inventory decisions are studied by allowing shortage and shortage backlogging case.Based on classical EOQ model,the demand is assumed to be affected by time and price in the warranty period;and in metamorphic period at the same time by time,price and rate of deterioration;shortage is allowed and shortage backlogging rate is dependent on the waiting time of the customer for next replenishment.The optimal selling price and the optimal order quantity are determined with the goal of maximizing the profit of the retailer.Finally a numerical example is applied to the main parameters of the model for sensitivity analysis.The advance payment proportion and period,advance payment of N stage,deterioration rate,capital cost,purchasing cost,hold cost,shortage cost,and the influence of shortage cost on the optimal selling price and the optimal inventory control strategy are provided.
