铁路货车全寿命周期信息整合应用研究

摘要
本文分析了货车全寿命周期信息整合应用的必要性,提出了实现货车全寿命周期信息整合应用的方法,详细说明了货车从新造、运用、检修到报废全寿命周期管理的总体业务流程,提出了信息单元分类整合设计方案,并且完成了货车全寿命周期管理原型系统设计。通过货车全寿命周期信息整合应用,能够及时便捷地为各生产作业单位提供完整的货车技术履历信息,也能够为管理者开展货车及关键部件质量评价、故障规律发现、检修规程优化等科学决策提供数据支撑,提升铁路货车技术管理水平。
In this paper,the necessity offreight vehiclewhole life cycle information integration and application is analyzed,the method to realize freight vehiclewhole life cycle information integration application is proposed,and detailed description of the freight vehiclefrom the creation,utilization,maintenance to scrap the whole life cycle management of the overall business process isanalyzed,information unit classification and integration design scheme is elaborated,and the completion of thefreightvehiclewhole cycle management prototype system is designed.Timely convenient for the production and operation of unit provides complete wagon technical resume information,can also for managers to carry out vehicle and key components of quality evaluation,the failure rules found,maintenance schedule optimization and scientific decision-making and provide a number according to the support and enhance technical management level of railway by freight vehiclewhole life cycle information integration.
