基于无传感器FOC控制的电子水泵研究与实现

摘要
采用直流无刷电机作为驱动电机,设计了一款电子水泵。采用无位置传感器的磁场定向控制方案,应用滑模状态观测器来估算电机的转子位置角度,给出了硬件电路设计和软件算法设计。实验结果表明了所设计的电子水泵系统合理可行,具有较高性价比。
A electronic water pump was implemented with the BLDC motor.Sensorless magnetic field oriented control scheme was applied for motor control,and the rotor position of the motor was estimated using the sliding mode observer.The hardware circuit design and software algorithm design were introduced.Experimental results show that the implemented electronic water pump system was reasonable and feasible with a high cost performance.
