外源硅酸钠对砂糖橘抗寒性的影响

摘要
以一年生砂糖橘(Citrus reticulata Blanco cv.Shatangju)为材料,以喷施去离子水为对照,比较了喷施0.1、1.0、10.0、20.0 mmol/L不同浓度外源硅酸钠(Na_2SiO_3)溶液处理后,砂糖橘叶片在4℃低温条件下的生理变化。结果表明,与对照相比,在4℃低温胁迫下,Na_2SiO_3预处理的砂糖橘叶片叶绿素含量增加,SOD、POD等抗氧化酶活性升高,相对电导率降低。说明外源Na_2SiO_3能提高砂糖橘的抗寒性,其中以0.1 mmol/L的Na_2SiO_3溶剂处理的效果最好。
To elucidate the roles of Sodium silicate(Na_2SiO_3) in enhancing tolerance of cold stress(4℃)in Citrus reticulata Blanco cv.Shatangju,one-year old nursery cultured C.reticulata cv.Shatangju was used to investigate the physiological changes of plants exposing to 4 ℃ low temperature stress after pretreated with different Na_2SiO_3 concentration of 0 mmol / L,0.1 mmol / L,1.0 mmol / L,10.0 mmol / L and 20.0 mmol / L.The results showed that comparing with the control plants(0 mmol / L Na_2SiO_3),the Na_2SiO_3 pretreated plants had more chlorophyll and higher antioxidant activities of enzymes including SOD,POD.Relative conductivity was reduced.It is indicated that exogenous Na_2SiO_3 enhanced the cold tolerance of low tem-perature stress in C.reticulata cv.Shatangju.The 0.1 mmol / L pretreatment had the best effects.
