血栓通治疗脑出血的临床疗效分析

摘要
目的:分析在治疗脑出血患者过程中应用血栓通治疗的临床疗效。方法:自我院2015年2月~2016年2月期间所收治的脑出血患者中采用自愿参与原则选取66例,按照随机数字表法将所有患者均分为实验组与对照组,每组33例患者。在2组患者的治疗过程中均应用常规治疗,在实验组患者的治疗过程中增加血栓通治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:经过对应性治疗后,实验组患者的脑血肿体积变化情况以及临床总有效率均显著优于对照组,差异显著,P值均小于0.05,统计学存在意义。结论:在治疗脑出血患者过程中应用血栓通治疗的临床疗效较为确切,可有效减少患者的脑血肿体积,具有临床推广意义。
Objective:to analysis application in the process of cerebral hemorrhage patients treated thrombosis through clinical curative effect of treatment Methods:self court in February 2015 to February 2016 during cerebral hemorrhage patients treated by using the principle of voluntary participation to select 66 cases,according to random number table method,all the patients were divided into experimental group and control group,each group of 33 cases of patients.Application in the process in the treatment of patients with two sets of regular treatment,in the treatment of patients with experimental group increased blood clots in the process of treatment,compared the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients.Results:after correspondence therapy,the experimental group in patients with cerebral hematoma volume changes and the clinical total effective rate were significandy better than the control group,significant difference,P values are less than 0.05,the statistical meaning of existence.Conclusion:in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage patients with thrombosis through treatment clinical curative effect in the process of a more precise,which can effectively reduce the patients brain hematoma volume,has clinical significance
