高支模施工安全监测竖向变形测点布置研究

摘要
采用理论计算、数值模拟和实时监测的方法,对混凝土浇筑阶段高支模竖向变形进行研究。结果表明,混凝土主梁处高支模竖向变形大于楼板处高支模竖向变形,次楞变形对立杆间距最为敏感,缩小立杆间距是减小次楞竖向变形最为有效的方法;高支模施工安全监测的测点应布置在两两相邻立杆围成的模板板中位置;采用无线智能监测仪及无线位移传感器可有效采集高支模竖向变形数据。
The vertical deformation of the high formwork support systems(HFSS) during the placement of concrete is analyzed by theoretical method,numerical simulation and real-time monitoring data.It is demonstrated that the vertical deformation of HFSS to support the reinforced concrete beam is larger than that floor.The deformation of the minor beam is sensitive to the spacing of supporting formwork poles,therefore it is effective to reduce the deformation of the minor beam by decreasing the spacing of supporting formwork poles.The measurement points to monitor the safety of HFSS should be distributed in the middle of the template enclosed by the adjacent poles.It is also indicated that the wireless intelligent monitoring instrument and the wireless displacement sensor can be effective to collect the vertical deformation data of the HFSS.
