摘要
用测量精度评价测量质量由来已久,但也颇有争议,国际上曾回避使用。由于人们对精度定义理解的不同,导致了日常使用和部分规范中表述的多样化,尤其在放射性勘查测量中,缺乏明确的定义和表示方法。经过对测量精度及相关术语的定义及使用的梳理,总结了测量精度在整个质量评价中的作用,测量精度属于随机效应使测量结果不能完全重复或复现,不包含系统误差。最后给出了放射性勘查测量中定点定时累积和移动定时累积两种测量方式的测量精度评价方法。
The measurement precision has been used to evaluate the measurement quality for a long time,but it's so controversial that once it had been avoid to use internationally.Cause people have different comprehensions on the definition of the precision,the formulation of precision in the daily use and some standards is diversity,especially in the radioactive survey,there is no explicit definition and notation.After sort out the definition and use-method about the measurement precision and some related terms,summarized the action of the measurement precision in the whole quality evaluation,precision is stochastic effect that made measurement result couldn't recurrent completely,not including system error.Provide the measurement precision evaluation method about the two measuring method in the radioactive survey that fixed point and fixed time accumulate and motion but fixed time accumulate at the end.
