香港复杂环境条件下全断面扇形灌浆法加固既有铁路路基研究与应用

摘要
港铁机场快线铁路修建于填海路基上,下穿机场快线铁路是整个港珠澳大桥香港接线的关键控制工程之一。本文介绍了既有铁路路基全断面扇形灌浆法加固技术,先在加固土体区域设置四道灌浆帷幕墙,形成封闭箱体,再在隔水箱体内进行填充灌浆以保证灌浆质量。基于数值计算设计加固后土体参数,根据现场地层条件选择灌浆材料,施工过程中灌浆压力和灌浆量双重控制,全过程自动监控敏感沉降指标。本工程相关经验为城市复杂环境条件下类似既有铁路路基加固工程建设提供重要参考。
The Hong Kong airport express rail line was built on the filling subgrade.The rail line under crossing existing airport express rail line is the critical work of the whole project of Hong Kong,Zhuhai and Macau Bridge.This paper introduces the consolidating technique for the subgrade of the existing railway with full-face fan shaped grouting.Four diaphragm walls were constructed surrounding the consolidation area so as to form a sealed box structure to insulate the water,where the adequate grouting was implemented in order to ensure the grouting's quality.The grouting materials are selected further to calculation for the consolidated soil and the on site geotechnical condition.During the whole construction procedure,the grouting pressure and grouting quality are controlled dually,and the sensitive settlements are monitored continually.The experience comes from this project will be an important reference for similar consolidation project for the existing railway's subgrade under complex urban environment.
