Hyflon AD60/PVDF复合膜的制备及其膜蒸馏性能研究

摘要
膜蒸馏过程中,疏水性是避免膜孔润湿的重要性能之一~([1-2])。本文在聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜表面涂覆新型聚合物Hyflon AD60,制备了高疏水性Hyflon AD60/PVDF复合膜,并研究了其膜蒸馏(MD)性能。考察了Hyflon AD60浓度、涂覆时间、热处理温度及热处理时间对复合膜结构和真空膜蒸馏(VMD)性能的影响.结果显示,PVDF膜的疏水性大幅提高,真空膜蒸馏性能得到明显加强。采用35 g/L的NaCl溶液,在0.09 MPa真空度,进水温度70℃条件下,Hyflon AD60/PVDF中空纤维复合膜的水通量和盐截留率分别达到10 kg/(m~2·h)和90%以上,并且能够长期保持稳定,显示了良好的真空膜蒸馏性能.
Hydrophobicity is one of the most important factors tor avoiding pore wetting phenomenon in membrane distillation(MD) process.In the present study,a novel polymer Hyflon AD60 was employed to coat on PVDF membrane surface to fabricate Hyflon AD60/PVDF composite membrane with highly hydrophobic property,and its performance in membrane distillation was tested.The effects of Hyflon AD60 concentration,coating time,heat treatment temperature and heat treatment time on the structure and performances in vacuum membrane distillation(VMD) were investigated.The results show that the hydrophobicity of the PVDF membrane was significantly increased,and the performance of membrane distillation was obviously improved.Using NaCl solution with concentration of 35 g/L as feed,under vacuum pressure of 0.09 MPa,and feed temperature of 70 ℃,the pure water flux and salt rejection of the Hyflon AD60/PVDF hollow fiber membrane reached to above 10 kg/(m~2 · h) and 99.9%,respectively.The VMD operation ran long time,indicating the composite membrane possesses an excellent performance in MD process.
