IF钢氮含量控制实践

摘要
本文针对"铁水预处理-转炉-RH-连铸"工艺,结合邯钢IF钢生产实践,系统分析了转炉吹炼过程、RH真空处理过程、连铸浇注过程增氮因素。正常工艺条件下,RH真空脱碳阶段具有脱氮效果,脱氧之后有明显增氮趋势;连铸保护浇注可以稳定控制增氮量低于5ppm。介绍了IF钢生产所采取的有效措施,实现IF钢氮含量稳定控制在30ppm以内。
In this paper,for "CV-RH-CC" process,combined with IF steel production practice of Handan Iron and Steel,analyzes the nitrogen pick up factors during the converter,RH,and the casting process.For normal conditions,at the decarburization phase RH has denitrification effect,but with a clear trend of picking up nitrogen after deoxidization.It can be stably controlled picking up nitrogen less than 5ppm during continuous casting.Introduced some effective measures which were taken by the IF steel production,the nitrogen content of IF steel to achieve controlled within 30 ppm stability.
