摘要
对复合脱氧时不同合金加入顺序对钢中夹杂物的影响进行了研究,采用了两种不同脱氧方式:(1)出钢过程先加Al进行强脱氧,后加Si-Mn合金;(2)出钢时先加Si-Mn合金弱脱氧,后加Al,分别在不同出钢碳含量下进行实验。研究结果表明:转炉出钢氧含量越低时钢中脱氧夹杂物尺寸越小;在采用先加Si-Mn合金,后加Al脱氧时,更有利于钢中生成的Al_2O_3-MnO-SiO_2复合夹杂的去除,降低钢中大尺寸夹杂物数量。
The effect on inclusions with different order of the deoxidation alloy added in liquid steel was studied.Two different methods were applied:(1) Al were added first for deoxidation when tapping,and then added Si-Mn;(2) Si-Mn were added first,and added Si-Mn;The experiments are respectively performed under different carbon content,and the results show that dimension of inclusion is decreased with reduce of oxygen content in liquid steel when tapping;The method(2) is more advantageous to Al_2O_3-MnO-SiO_2 inclusion removal and reduce the amount of large inclusions size in the liquid steel.
