409L不锈钢脱氧工艺研究

摘要
针对409L不锈钢冶炼过程中脱氧工艺的问题,通过对AOD和LF终点钢液取样、扫描电镜和能谱检测分析以及FactSage软件计算等方法,研究了AOD和LF中氧化物夹杂的特点,分析了409L不锈钢脱氧工艺中Ti-O-Al之间的平衡关系。研究发现:LF精炼过程中夹杂物的主要类型为Al_2O_3-MgO-TiO_x,这些夹杂物尺寸多在10μm以下;在LF铝脱氧后,若钢液中的铝含量过低,会导致钛被氧化,生成TiO_x夹杂物,降低钛的收得率,但较高的铝含量,并不会明显提高钛的收得率,相反会生成过多的Al_2O_3;本文计算出了,在Ti-O-Al-0.02C-0.3Mn-11.5Cr-0.1Ni-0.45Si-Fe-1873K体系中,获得较高的钛收得率的合适铝含量,如对于钛含量为0.2%的钢液,当铝含量为0.024%时,可获得较高的钛收得率。
In response to the problem about deoxidization process of 409 L stainless steel,the characteristics of oxide inclusions in AOD with LF and the relationships of Ti-O-Al in deoxidization process of 409 L stainless steel were studied by sampling of AOD with LF,the analysis of scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and the calculation of FactSage,etc.The inclusions in LF were mainly Al_2O_3-MgO-TiO_x,the size of most of which was less than 10μm.After aluminum deoxidization in LF,if the aluminum content in steel is too low,titanium can be oxidized to form TiO_x,thus reducing the recovery rate of titanium.However,higher aluminum content will not significantly improve the recovery rate of titanium,on the contrary,excessive Al_2O_3 will be generated.The appropriate aluminum content to obtain a higher recovery rate of titanium in Ti-O-Al-0.02C-0.3Mn-11.5Cr-0.1Ni-0.45Si-Fe-1873 K system was obtained in this study.For instance,when aluminum content was 0.024%,a higher recovery rate of titanium can be obtained for the molten steel with 0.2%titanium content.
